The Kitchen Lab

Hygiene extends beyond what we put on our bodies; it includes what we put
into and how we fuel them.
Through hands-on workshops and guest-led sessions, we explore how to prepare meals using whole foods, plant-based ingredients, and clean essentials. Essentially, replacing unnecessary chemicals, fillers, and processed shortcuts.
This is about returning to real ingredients and supporting the body from the inside out.
The Environmental Garden

The Depot was created to be more than a destination. It is a place to gather, to learn, and to grow together, literally!
With intentions of growing our own plants and herbs that go into the very products you use and love, to cultivating an apple orchard and seasonal offerings that bring the harvest into the Kitchen Lab, this space is rooted in connection to the land. Future plans also include a Bee Yard to support a thriving ecosystem, along with thoughtfully designed paths and gathering spaces that invite you to slow down, explore, and spend time in nature.
This is a space designed to evolve with the seasons, offering a place to learn, gather, and reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world.
